The $895 starting amount does not mean that every divorce or every issue can be mediated, resolved, documented, or completed for $895. Matters involving additional mediation sessions, significant assets or debts, real estate, business interests, parenting issues, child support, spousal support, financial disclosure, financial analysis, or other complexities may require additional services or a different Resolvium engagement.
Any additional Resolvium services and associated fees will be discussed before those services are undertaken. Court costs, filing fees, attorney services, third-party professionals, valuations, tax services, and other services outside the mediation engagement are separate unless specifically included in writing.
